Risk

Add Target Finish Date and Cost to the Risk Distribution Results Graph
Use the Finish Date tab of the Risk Distribution Graph to add a target date, such as the contractual finish. Or use the At Completion tab to add a target cost, such as the project budget, and then add the target line to the graph to easily identify the probability of hitting your target.

Create Dashboard Charts with Risk Response Action Data
Risk Response Actions is now available as a subject area when creating charts. Add graphs, tables, and other charts to display response action data on a dashboard.



Reports

Add Grouped Filters to Reports
You can now add nested filters to a report for more precise control of its data. In the Report Editor, add a filter condition. Next, use the Context menu to add a filter group above or below it. This feature is available for all main subject areas except Ideas, Programs, and Strategies.



Projects

Copy Activity and Resource Assignment Actuals when Creating a Project from an Existing Project or Template
The Add Project wizard now includes a checkbox to include actuals when a project is created from an existing project or template. Select this option so that actual dates, durations, and units will be copied to the new project.



Schedule

Display Multiple Summary Bars on the Gantt Chart
Use the Bars tab in the Manage View settings of the Activities page to add multiple summary bars to the Gantt chart. View summary bars, for current and baseline data for example, for your project, or for multiple projects in a program.



Workflows and Forms

Workflows and Forms
You can now add related project configured fields to custom forms, and utilize them in workflows. For example, create a relationship between fields for department and project manager, and then add them to a project proposal workflow. The value selected for department will determine who is available to select as the project manager.

Frequencies for Evaluation and Measures Job Services are Updated
The frequency values for Evaluation and Measures jobs are updated as follows:
• Daily: Starts every day between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
• Weekly: Starts every Monday between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
• Semi-Monthly: Starts on the 1st and 16th of each month between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
• Monthly: Starts on the 1st of each month between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
• Quarterly: Starts on the 1st day of each quarter between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
• Yearly: Starts on January 1st each year between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.


Dashboard Usability Enhancements
Dashboards has been updated with the following usability enhancements:
• When adding a chart to a dashboard, the Select Chart window has been updated so chart names can be more easily identified.
• The Edit Dashboard page has been optimized for different screen resolutions.


The Character Limit for Code Names is Increased
Code names may now include up to 120 characters. This is consistent with Primavera P6 and will prevent issues importing codes from that application.


Recalculate Formula Configured Fields Independently on the Summary Cost Sheet
The option to recalculate Formula Configured Fields in the Summary Cost Sheet Recalculate settings has been changed to a radio button. These values will be calculated independently for performance reasons.
